Independent EFL Teachers sought

Frances King School of English, accredited by the British Council and a member of Quality English, IALC and EnglishUK, has been delivering high-quality English language tuition since 1973, and is one of the most popular and successful independent EFL schools in London.

We're looking for experienced EFL teachers in Germany and other key locations around the world to work in partnership with our online and blended learning division, FK Teacher. The FK Teacher system offers you, as an independent teacher, the flexibility to choose your own working hours and build your own client base with the support of a highly successful and internationally recognised brand.

Our partner teachers are given full access to our teaching materials, software, methodology and teacher community through our web-based platform. Free training is provided to familiarise teachers with our unique system, tools and core methodology.

The work is highly suited to teachers who wish to work more flexibly and from home, and who already have an existing network of private clients. Remuneration is direct to the teacher, according to the rates charged by the teacher, with a small, flat-rate licence fee being charged for using our system. We're looking for independent-minded teachers who are interested in building their own client base, part- or fulltime.

Initially we are seeking teachers resident in Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Brazil, but are interested to hear from teachers resident or planning to move elsewhere.

Applicants should have a CELTA or equivalent qualification, and a minimum of two years' teaching experience. A good working knowledge of German is highly advantageous. Applicants should also be interested in e-learning, have a reasonable level of computer literacy and must be available to attend a one-week training course in a major German city during August or September 2009.
