Freelance Business Teachers

Freelance Business English Teachers are required to work in various countries* on our blended learning programme for in company training. We are currently recruiting for staff with experience in teaching Business English who will monitor participant progress online as well as leading 3-6 hours of complementary face to face lessons once a month.

Working hours are flexible. The contract will initially last for 12 months. A small amount of administration is also required. This post would suit someone who wants to keep their hand in teaching or add a few more hours to their timetable. It would also suit anyone who has an interest in blended learning and an awareness of motivation in e-learning.

Each session typically includes feedback on online progress, some remedial work as necessary, recycling (e.g. extension activities to practise speaking and pronunciation), some training on a feature of the VLE, presentation of new language points to be practised online, addressing specific professional needs and goal setting.

Candidates must have:

• Degree (or equivalent)

• CELTA (or equivalent)

• 5 years of teaching experience

• Moderate IT skills

In addition the ideal candidate will have:

• DELTA (or equivalent)

• At least 3 years Business English experience

• Experience of TELL
